The allocations have been done in proportion to the estimated efforts and deliverables that goes behind each role and are subject to change in the future depending on various factors.

Imagine you have successfully participated on a LIVE Indian mandate where the CTC offered to the candidate is ₹ 20L per annum, the candidate has accepted the offer and has joined. Here's how much you'd tentatively take home in this sample case:

  • Once your candidates join, you'll need to immediately raise an invoice for the same.

  • Your invoices are cleared on a monthly basis.
