A very critical pillar to our workflow. As a subject matter expert, you will be the one to help others in the funnel with some crucial take-aways from the given mandate/JD.

About the Role

We are actively open for talented professional consultants in capacity of 'Domain Expert' (DE) or a 'Subject Matter Expert' (SME) looking for a high growth opportunity.

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will play a critical role on the top layer of our recruitment funnel by deriving crucial takeaway from client mandates/JDs and by establishing technical keywords and interview questions to be eventually referred to by team of recruiters and others down the funnel. Your in-depth domain knowledge of your industry/sector and your ability to build strong understanding based on inputs and client interactions will be crucial to team success. Here are key responsibilities you'll take care of:

➦ Analyze and understand all inputs and role briefing received relating to a Job description
➦ Research on the assigned roles (mandates/positions) job descriptions thoroughly;
➦ Request client briefing sessions when needed and participate to take your notes;
➦ Maintain internal systems with key input data and relevant information relating to the JDs;
➦ Update internal systems with key output takeaway basis your domain knowledge and skills;
➦ Update internal systems with relevant keywords for search and sourcing teams;
➦ Update internal systems with relevant interviewing questions for recruiters;
➦ Assist lead generation team with candidate sourcing using your keywords;
➦ Promptly provide necessary updated keywords to ensure a robust talent pipeline;
➦ Listen to recruiters interviews; assist and analyze them to optimize interview questions;
➦ Promptly provide necessary inputs to recruiters to enhance call quality;
➦ Review and align recruiters' initial sourcing by assessing CVs and call recordings
➦ Coordinate closely with account managers and others as needed;
➦ Provide advice to recruiters on market trends, talent availability, & competitive landscape;
➦ Establish and nurture relationships with internal team;
➦ Train young recruiters and support account managers deal with client side in your domain;
➦ Provide guidance & advice to team if needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in respective field

  • 5+ years of experience in respective field / industry / sector

  • Strong knowledge of respective domain

  • Proficiency in analyzing job descriptions and suggesting key takeaways

  • Bonus: Familiarity with CRMs, ATS, recruitment techniques and tools

  • Bonus: Experience with various Job Boards like Naukri, Indeed etc.

  • Bonus: Experience with sourcing on social channels like LinkedIn
