About the Role
We are looking for Associate Recruiters with a proven track record to deliver on the following:
➦ Comprehend the assigned roles (mandates/positions) efficiently;
➦ Research the client company to prepare an amazing selling pitch;
➦ Prepare your entire pitch based on role briefing & inputs received;
➦ Promote on and Source from internal databases, online job boards;
➦ Promote on and Source from social networking groups to attract potential candidates;
➦ Filter, screen, interview and assess candidates to come up with suitable candidate profiles;
➦ Coordinate closely with account managers, senior recruiters and others as needed;
➦ Present shortlisted candidate profiles with a thorough written assessments;
➦ Keep in close touch with potential candidates to ensure they're always warm;
➦ Train, Align, Negotiate with potential candidates an and when needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
2+ years of experience in recruiting or HR-related field
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Experience with various Job Boards like Naukri
Experience with sourcing on social channels
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Extroverted peoples' person with a go-getter attitude
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Analytical and data-driven mindset
Ability to think creatively and strategically
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to adapt to changing market trends
