A senior recruiter role where you will take care of mid to senior level client mandates, presenting strong candidates applying your skills and domain expertise.

About the Role

We are open 24x7 for 360° experienced senior recruitment consultants looking for a high growth opportunity. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward by identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for our clients. Your in-depth domain knowledge of the industry and your ability to build strong relationships will be crucial to your success. Here's the responsibilities you'll take care of:

➦ Research & prepare on the assigned roles (mandates/positions) comprehensively;
➦ Research the clients, their organization culture and long-term talent strategies;
➦ Present a winning pitch like a true brand ambassador, understanding clients' hiring needs;
➦ Work on the entire final pitch basis role briefing & inputs received;
➦ Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential talent and build a robust pipeline;
➦ Identify potential candidates from internal databases, online job boards;
➦ Identify potential candidates from Social networking groups;
➦ Filter, screen, Interview and assess candidates to come up with suitable candidates;
➦ Coordinate closely with account managers and others as needed;
➦ Present shortlisted candidates with thorough written assessments;
➦ Provide advice to clients on market trends, talent availability, & competitive landscape;
➦ Establish and nurture relationships with potential candidates to ensure they're warm;
➦ Train, Align, Negotiate with potential candidates as and when required;
➦ Provide guidance & advice to associate recruiters when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in Executive search, recruiting and senior level hiring

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools

  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Experience with various Job Boards like Naukri, Indeed etc.

  • Experience with sourcing on social channels like LinkedIn

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Extroverted peoples' person with a go-getter attitude

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Smart approach to drive an intelligent candidate conversation

  • Ability to build strong rapport with clients and candidates
