Account Manager

A position of extreme accountability, as an Account manager you will be responsible to manage daily to-and-fros between clients, hiring managers and our recruiters.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Account Managers with a prompt-to-respond attitude to deliver on the following:

➦ Coordinate with BD team to develop efficient relationships on new accounts;
➦ Maintain good ground with client SPOCs to ensure steady inflow of value mandates;
➦ Take preliminary role briefing from client SPOCs and hiring managers;
➦ Create entries on internal systems for new mandates and ensure timely team allocation;
➦ Provide complete knowledge transfer on role briefing to team assigned;
➦ Arrange more sync-up calls / meetings if needed by team to better understand roles;
➦ Closely monitor team's progress, raise timely alerts in case of any red flags
➦ Share forward to client, all candidate profiles received from team after final review
➦ Follow-up on shared profiles with clients to ensure timely interview line-ups and feedback
➦ Coordinate closely b/w clients and internal team to ensure timely delivery on promises
➦ Follow-up on offer letters, offer negotiations, joining dates and similar aspects
➦ Strong follow-ups with dead accounts to enable revival of such accounts

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management

  • Knowledge of account handling key methods & tricks

  • Strong understanding of recruitment funnel & timelines

  • Proven track record of accounts handled successfully

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & ATS

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience

  • Extrovert peoples' person with a prompt-to-respond attitude

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Ability to adapt to changing market trends
