About the Role
We are looking for professional Reviewers with a specialized domain knowledge and skillsets to deliver on the following:
➦ Coordinate with recruiters and account managers for thorough role understanding;
➦ Access & update internal systems to align with role briefing;
➦ Technically analyze each candidate profile received from recruiters;
➦ Review critically in order to ensure elimination of ineligible profile submissions;
➦ Ensure candidate CVs are thoroughly updated and fresh;
➦ Ensure candidate CVs are totally aligned with job requirements with no fake inputs;
➦ Ensure candidate CVs don't miss out any essential elements;
➦ Take complete ownership of the profiles approved;
➦ Rate recruiters on internal systems on each instance of correct and incorrect submissions;
➦ End of the day, take ownership of end-to-end quality and efficiency of recruiters
➦ Pitch in as and when needed to ensure any operational roadblocks are cleared in time
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
5+ years of professional experience in respective domain
Bonus: Good knowledge of recruitment techniques
Bonus: Good knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to build strong rapport with team of recruiters
